This pancake mix is a must try. Per my nutritionist's instructions I substituted the water with unsweetened almond milk, added 1 egg and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. I placed it in my Dash (mini waffle maker) and topped them with sugar free syrup. AMAZING!!

Excellent product
I am very happy with this product. I make myself 2 blueberry pancakes every Saturday & Sunday for breakfast. The pancakes taste great.

These blueberry pancakes are delicious and filling! They are sweet, so no need for syrup! I followed the directions with the amount of water. I used a tablespoon to measure the water so that it won't become watery. I used 7 tablespoons to make it it dough-like, then spread it in the pan to make one pancake. Love them!
